How does the Laser Level Range Finder Work?

The commonest form of range finder works on the principle of time of flight by sending a single laser pulse through a narrow beam towards the object and then measuring the total time it takes the pulse to be reflected on the surface of the object. The precision of the laser level is determined by the increase or decrease of the laser pulse and the speed of the laser receiver. This means that you can use a rangefinder to determine the effectiveness of the laser level in providing accurate measurements within the shortest period and at a specific range.
