I'm Nisha Marshall, and I am with Prestige Group, which is behind the creative Varthur, Whitefield Road, Bangalore township project called Prestige Evergreen. Prestige Evergreen is a mixed-use project spread over 125 acres that features 1600 opulent 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 BHK homes. The famous Prestige Raintree Park project is currently in its second phase of construction. Phase 1 covers 28 acres and comprises 10 buildings, each with 19 stories. There are 600+ 3 BHK Study living in apartments, 200+ 3 BHK Maid flats, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK units. The idea of the project is an entire leisure destination with a tech place and a mall.
