I started diving in 2003 in Thailand. Being based in Pakistan, my husband's and my diving usually took place in Thailand or the Maldives. When we moved to the Philippines in 2007 we did not know yet that we had arrived in one of the diving paradises. We did hundreds of dives in the last few years and are making the most of it before moving to Europe this summer.
I started underwater photography in June 2010 and cannot get enough of it.

We will try to go on our own with a dive guide so that we do not hold up other divers. That way one can spend some time with a subject instead of having to hurry on and follow the group. This is so easy to find in the Philippines as a lot of dive centres offer separate boats and guides to be at your disposal.
