Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, or feelings of not fitting in, the therapy offered here is grounded in empathy, cultural competence, and empowerment through self-discovery. Operating both in-person in San Antonio and virtually throughout Texas, the practice—led by therapist Ted Thao—creates a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their inner landscapes, heal from past wounds, and build strength, clarity, and fulfillment.
