David Fleetham
David Fleetham has been diving and photographing underwater since 1976 and has been in Hawaii for over twenty years. His photographic work can be seen in every North American dive publication and endless books and calendars. He has been on assignments around the world for many clients, including National Geographic. David\'s award winning work has adorned over 100 magazine covers including the only underwater image to ever appear on LIFE.
What I look for in a Dive Operator:
I look for a dive resort/live aboard that employ happy divemasters that have been there for more than a couple of years. A resort\'s underwater guides are a good determination of the health of an operation. I try and stay away from operations where most of the guides have been there less than one year.
