I was fortunate to spend every other summer in the Caribbean exploring and playing on or in the water. With a degree in marine zoology, and a masters in aquaculture, I have spent most of m life in and around the water. I learned to dive in 1980 on a trip to the Bahamas, and managed to dive many places before finally getting certified in 1986, (after almost 1500 dives for fun and research). Worked as an instructor in North Wales before making the move back to the Caribbean full time in 1993. Instrumental in getting two marine protected areas off the ground, i have also published photos and articles since the early 90's, and presented papers on marine research internationally.Began shooting initially with a Minolta weathermatic, upgraded to Nikonos V then two, with an array of strobes and lenses, graduated to Nikon N90, then digital exploded. Now Nikon D7200 in Ikelite housing with an Intova X4K on the top,and a Sealife 1400 below water and Nikon above. I have an Olympus 5050 and 4 housings in storage.
I also work in partnership with Simon Walsh as a director of Images Dominica, the leading stock agency on the the island.

What I look for in a Dive Operator:
friendliness, and an ability to either work with me or allow me to work.
