Born in the northeast of Italy, Andrea Michelutti earned a master’s degree in economics and continues to live and work in his home region as an entrepreneur and the owner of a car dealership. As a passionate traveler, he has always been captivated by the connection between landscapes and the people who inhabit them, seeking to capture this synergy through images that reflect his unique perspective on "going."
Since 2018, Andrea has dedicated himself to underwater photography, where he channels his distinctive "feeling," always aiming to establish a deep empathy with the creatures of the underwater world. The sea and its inhabitants have provided him with the perfect medium to express his natural affinity for color.
An avid underwater photographer driven by passion and enjoyment, Andrea has earned recognition in some of the most prestigious national and international competitions. His journey has been one of pure passion, leading to numerous rewards and personal fulfillment. As a Brand Ambassador for Marelux and Ultralight, he captures award underwater imagery using a compact camera, specifically the Sony RX100 VII, which he has been using since 2019. His skill with a camera is evident in this portfolio here and just about every picture featured has received accolades in one competition or another.
