Worldwide Dive and Sail Launch “Master Liveaboards” in the Galapagos
By Ian Seldrup, June 10, 2014 @ 10:00 PM (EST)

Worldwide Dive and Sail (WWDAS), the founders and owners of Siren Fleet Liveaboards, have launched a new brand, “Master Liveaboards”, bringing customers the latest in liveaboard luxury. The new fleet brand is designed to offer divers an even wider choice of diving destination than that already provided by WWDAS’s Phinisi yachts plying the waters of the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Master Liveaboards comes into being with the first yacht to be brought under the brand umbrella: Galapagos Master. The vessel is currently in operation as the Deep Blue, but in November 2014 she will be brought into dry dock for a refit and modernization by the experienced WWDAS team, led by Frank Van der Linde.

“We would like our guests to enjoy the best diving worldwide, relaxing on board our yachts with comfort and ease—in the knowledge that our crews are experienced, knowledgeable and above all safety conscious,” says company GM, Mark Shandur.

The Master Liveaboards boats will follow the operational model of the Siren Fleet, which puts emphasis on crew training and safety management, guest comfort and environmental considerations. With new engines and water makers, Galapagos Master is set to be the most environmentally conscious boat operating in the Galapagos.

The vessel will be relaunched in May 2015 to offer a choice of 7-night or 10-night trips, each including a minimum of three days of diving at Darwin & Wolf Islands, as well as two land excursions. Guests are offered a choice of lower deck, main deck or upper deck cabins, in a twin-bed or double-bed configuration. Prices for 7 nights start from $4,750 per person, with 10-night trips from $6,150 per person.

To celebrate the launch of the new brand, WWDAS is offering a 10-percent discount on any trip departing during the two months of operation from May 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. (The offer is valid for new reservations placed before July 31, 2014 and is not applicable on agent charters or group bookings.)

To reserve your place on the Galapagos Master, see the full schedule listing on the Master Liveaboards website.
