Is it possible that if the current fishing practices go on unchecked that the ocean will be fish-free by 2048?

According to this six minute animated short film entitles Losing Nemo, produced by a group of volunteers to support the non-profit organization The Black Fish, this is definitely a possibility. The movie, in addition to being extremely well done, does raise some interesting facts, which can also be found here on their website.

The Black Fish is currently campaigning in the Mediterranean Sea to stop illegal fishing. To find out more, visit their website.
