The deadline of the inaugural Underwater Awards Australasia Imaging Competition is approaching! Submissions are closing on August 1st—in around two weeks’ time—so if you haven’t entered yet, make sure you don’t forget!
Needless to say, there are incredible prizes up for grabs, from fantastic strobes by Ikelite, Backscatter and Kraken to spectacular dive trips from Master Liveaboards, Bilikiki Cruises, Blue Force Fleet, and much, much more. You can even win an awesome underwater drone by QYSEA!
There are 8 categories, including our unique “Reels Showcase” video category, and the top image or video among the category winners will receive the distinction of “Best of Show.” We’ve got a prestigious panel of judges comprising Tobias Friedrich, Jayne Jenkins, Brett Lobwein, Ross Long, Matty Smith and William Tan. The competition culminates in an exhibition at Go Diving Show ANZ in September 2024—the inaugural Australian edition of the hugely successful Go Diving Show in the UK.
