We’ve heard whisperings about Canon releasing a mid-level mirrorless camera leading up to Photokina, including some sketchy filtered pics.
Now, a leak from Nokishita provides high quality images as well as likely specs for the soon-to-be-announced EOS M5. Take a look at the images, below.
In terms of specifications, we expect the camera to be built around a 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor that features dual pixel autofocus. Reports also say the camera will feature more touch autofocus points than any other camera, a DIGIC 7 image processor, 7fps continuous shooting (9fps in live view), an ISO range of 100-25600, and FullHD video recording at 60fps.
According to the rumors, the camera will be formally announced on September 15th—so not much longer to wait!
