Shark Week is a hot or cold subject amongst underwater photographers. However you feel, the annual week of sharky television programs has drawn a lot of interest—and grown to massive popular success in recent years. Now, we have some details on the contents of Shark Week 2018.

Shark Week 2018 will take place July 22-29 and feature 13 new specials during the 8-day span. The subjects range from the somewhat scientific to the slightly sensationalized. Highlights include watching UFC fighter Ronda Rousey donning the fins to freedive with a Mako shark and survivalist Bear Grylls doing – well – something with a shark. Athletes Aaron Rodgers, Lindsey Vonn, and Rob Gronkowski will also receive a shark sit down with a scientist.

There’s also a much-needed mash up between Shark Week and Shark Tank—ABC’s reality show about entrepreneurs seeking investment. The show’s judges will each get a hands-on learning experience with sharks before doling out a $50,000 prize to a conservation of their choice.
