Sea & Sea has announced their housing for the Nikon D810. Notably, the housing is compatible with the YS Converter, which converts the camera’s electronic TTL signal into a light signal.

The MDX-D810 housing is also billed as having significantly improved controls. There are three ergonomically improved levers: shutter lever, AF mode lever, the AF-ON lever, and the movie-record lever have “improved ergonomic shape.” Details of availability and price have yet to be announced.

In addition, there’s also an announcement of a new version of Sea & Sea’s MDX housing for the Canon 5D Mk III. The new version features an adjustable focus gear to allow for larger lenses to fit in the housing, and includes the aforementioned YS Converter.
