After a couple of years of presenting its film festival online due to COVID-19, the San Diego Undersea Film Exhibition (SDUFEX) is back with an in-person event at the Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall in San Diego, California. The objective hasn’t changed, however: The exhibition aims to feature some of the best short underwater films from around the world.
The physical event is on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 from 7pm to 9:30pm PDT, and this will be followed with a Virtual Film Festival from October 8th to 16th showing additional films. Tickets for the “in-person” event, which cost $20, are now on sale from the SDUFEX website. If you can’t make it, you can check out the virtual film festival—tickets will be available from October 8th.
