The organizers of the San Diego Undersea Film Exhibition (SDUFEX) have announced that this year’s event will once again be online. Like last year, unfortunately, the hoped-for physical event can’t take place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The good news is that you can again enjoy the festival for free from the comfort of your living room—via the SDUFEX website. The films shown during the exhibition are selected by the judging panel, which evaluated over 150 entries in two categories—up to 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes duration.

Announcing the 22nd Annual San Diego UnderSea Film Exhibition
The Board of Directors of the San Diego Undersea Film Exhibition (SDUFEX) are pleased to announce that the annual film festival will be virtual again this year and available for free on the SDUFEX website from October 15 through 25, 2021.

The festival consists of a selection of handpicked films, chosen by a panel of independent judges, out of more than 150 entries submitted from around the globe. Also included this year is a short interview with the winning filmmaker.
