Today marks the 100th anniversary of the Titanic’s sinking, and people around the world are hosting services and moments of silence to honor its memory.

A cruise ship called the Balmoral left England’s shores today in order to retrace the Titanic’s fateful voyage. Many passengers aboard the cruise ship are relatives of those that died aboard the Titanic. A memorial service was held on the Balmoral on the very spot that the Titanic went down.
