Gold – Wide Angle Unrestricted and “Best of Show” by Fabien Michenet
 

DPG and Wetpixel.com are proud to announce the winners of this year’s Our World Underwater International Underwater Photography and Video Competition. Known as the “Superbowl” of underwater imaging events, the competition celebrates both the art of underwater photography as well as the beauty of the ocean.

Once again, our celebrity panel of judges went through thousands of images and videos taken by novice to professional photographers from around the world. $55,000 in prizes were awarded to the winners, who represented a dozen countries.

Congratulations to Fabien Michenet, who won “Best of Show” for his spectacular first place image from the Wide Angle Unrestricted category, and to all the winners and honorable mentions in the various categories.
