The Our World Underwater international underwater photography and video competition winners have been announced. This competition has become known as the "Superbowl" of underwater imaging events and celebrates and highlights both art of underwater photography as well as the beauty of the ocean.

This year the celebrity panel of judges went through thousands of images and videos taken by novice to professional photographers from around the world.

$50,000 in prizes were awarded to the winners, who represented more than 15 countries. Congratulations to Anthony Berberian, who won Best of Show for his first place image from the Macro Unrestricted category, and to all the winners and honorable mentions in the various categories.

This marks the completion of the 10th annual OWU competition and we are so proud of how far the competition has come. DPG and Wetpixel look forward to seeing all the amazing entries each year, and we're honored to present the awesome prizes to the winners.
