Light and Motion has released a fluorescence filter designed to mount on the GoPro HERO 3. Constructed from aluminum, the filter mounts on with just a single screw and its flip design allows an easy switch back and forth with regular light shooting. The filter is $99 and can only be used in tandem with Light and Motion’s Sola Nightsea, a blue LED light.

This flourescence filter joins a list of filters and accessories being designed specifically for divers shooting underwater video. Backscatter  makes a variety of Flip Filters for the HERO 3, including a deep water, macro lens and 55mm threaded filter mounts.
