Interesting Laptop Bag From LapDome With Popup Shade
I read about an interesting, albeit, a bit bizarre laptop bag from The Gadgeteer. LapDome Inc. has put out a new line of laptop bags that can be transformed into a tent for your laptop to shade out the sun.
Basically, you can instantly turn your laptop bag into a contraption that blocks out the sun so you can use your laptop outside. This is an interesting concept for the
underwater photographer, as we often need to leave the beautiful, sunny outdoors to go inside and use the computer.
I am not sure how well it works as I have not used one, but I am currently writing this inside an office in Anguilla, while I wish I could be soaking up the 85 degree weather. It's just too sunny to use my laptop though, but possibly a bag like this could be my solution.
The tent has slots open in the back for cables and power cords and a lockable zipper in the front. You can get bags that are not padded and just meant for carrying for about $25 or you can get a full fledged padded laptop for $80.
