Inon has unveiled a new LED flashlight—the LE330h (PDF). The company’s “h” series LED lights have a high color rendering index (CRI) of 90 as well as a color temperature of 6500K, which makes them ideally suited to underwater imaging applications, but the light can also be used above water.
Depth-rated to 400 feet (120 meters) and boasting a corrosion-resistant aluminum body, the light offers a 330-lumen output and a 30-degree beam angle. The flashlight requires three AA batteries.

Higher CRI enables to reproduce natural color of a subject when shooting still image or video using LED flashlight as a primary lighting source and higher CCT (correlated color temperature) attains similar color tone of INON strobe to make it easier to use as a focus light without particular color hue.
