Gates Housings announced today their F55 housing which are designed for Sony's F5 and F55 CineAlta cameras.  This machined aluminum housing supports a wide variety of Canon and PL mount lenses and uses Gates Precision Ports that provide for vignette-free shooting.  All Gates Pro Housings feature the SealCheck Vacuum system to ensure seal integrity before entering the water.  The F55 housing will also support the integrated RAW recorder or Sony, the AXSR5 and access to all camera functions.  The housing will be available as of June 1st for $18,000 including housing, port, and port rings.
