Edible Sushi QR Codes Promote Sustainability
Ever wonder just how sustainable the fish you’re eating really is?
Well diners at an upscale sushi restaurant in San Diego can now scan an edible QR code with their smartphone to learn more about where their meal came from. Each QR (quick response code) is printed on yummy rice paper at Harney Sushi, and will take the smartphone user to NOAA’s FishWatch website.
