DxO release schedule update
The folks at DxO Labs have today announced the release date for their upcoming DxO Optics Pro v5 application, first unveiled a month ago.
For a reminder of what's new in DxO Optics Pro Version 5, be sure and read our earlier coverage. Note that customers buying the current Optics Pro v4.5 version since August 1st 2007 are still entitled to a free upgrade on the release of Optics Pro v5
At that time, availability was predicted for Fall 2007. Today's news refines this somewhat, with release now predicted for the second half of November 2007 - at least, for PC users. A revised release date for the Mac OS version is expected to be announced by the end of November.
