DPG’s Marine March Madness Winner Announced

After two weeks and 10,000 votes, DPG is pleased to announce the winner of our inaugural Marine March Madness Tournament: the whale shark!
The world’s biggest fish narrowly beat out the manta ray in the final round of voting. It’s a well-deserved win for one of the most prized subjects for underwater photography. Rest assured the competition will be back next March, with a whole new set of contenders.
Congrats to the whale shark supporters—your votes and voices were heard! Here’s hoping we all get to photograph a whale shark this year!
