DPG Contributor’s Photo Lands at Top of AOL List
By Joseph Tepper, December 27, 2012 @ 09:26 PM (EST)
It’s the end of the year—a great time to reflect on all of our favorite images and memories from 2012. But for DPG contributor Daniel Botelho, this memory isn’t just shared with himself: It’s shared with the world.
Daniel’s stunning image of a mola mola made big waves. And today, it appears as the cover image for AOL’s “25 Awe-Inspiring Photos of 2012.”
And it’s not in bad company—there are images of the Enterprise shuttle flying into NYC, Egyptian protests, and iconic images from Hurricane Sandy. Congrats to Daniel for the honor, and let’s hope we can all one day have such an honor.
