Mares will be the official sponsor of the new DivePhotoGuide monthly give away promotions. For one year beginning this month and culminating in a grand prize give away, Mares & DivePhotoGuide will be giving away regulators, BC’s, computers, wetsuits, masks, fins and dive bags. Why does that matter to photographers and videographers you ask?

Their “she dives” collection for example caters to the female diver’s needs, and the colors and styling are perfect for the underwater photographer looking to suit up his or her models in stylish gear.

However, at the show, the big news at Mares was the launch of a new dive computer called the Puck. Many folks were walking around the show with buttons that read “I got PUCKed at DEMA” and “I love to PUCK”. I give it to Mares for going beyond the marketing comfort zones most dive industry companies.
