It's very easy to get caught up in all the new products at DEMA. While running around to meetings and getting coverage, I get to spend only a little bit ofttimes at the booth. When I do get to spend time at our booth, it's always great to catch up with friends who meander by. Below are some images from the DPG booth and around the show, a good reminder that DEMA is more than a product showcase, but also about saying hi to old friends and making new ones.
I would like to take this time to thank the entire DPG team which consisted of Matt Weiss (me), Jason Heller, Wendy Heller, Jason Bradley, Maria Munn, Eddy Wong and Mr. Turtle. The team worked long days on very little rest to bring you this coverage and make DEMA 2010 such a big success for DPG.
This was also Mr. Turtle's first trip to DEMA, and he was just about more popular than anyone else there!

Photographer Eddy Wong also was a huge help at the booth. Thanks Eddy!

Mr. Turtle wandered off to the Critters@Lembeh booth to hang out with Danny Charlton and Kerri Bingham.
He then made his way to the World Wide Dive and Sail booth, where he patiently waited for his free beer.
When Mr. Turtle had enough, I hit the show floor to see what other interesting booths were out there. Anna Deloach was over at the Gates booth with Stan Waterman celebrating the second edition of the Sensational Seas DVD

Anna Deloach was also at the New World Publications booth with Ned Deloach, Eric Riesch, and Paul Humann. They have just put out the highly anticipated Reef Creature I.D Tropical Pacific title. It looks beautiful.
Cressi always has a big presence at DEMA, and their colorful booth was back in 2010
Mr. Turtle made a whole bunch of new friends at the Malaysia Tourism booth. Keep an eye out on DPG to see where he ends up next!
