By Joseph Tepper, September 5, 2013 @ 01:40 PM (EST)
If you live near the nation’s capital (or anywhere on the eastern seaboard for that manner), you should mark your calendar for September 17.
That’s the day DPGer and Nat Geo contributing photographer Brian Skerry kicks off his “Portraits of Planet Ocean” at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C.
You can learn more details about the exhibit on the NMNH website or in the DPG events section. In the meantime, if you’re not familiar with his amazing work, head over right now to his Featured Gallery right here on DPG. Congrats on this huge honor, Brian!
