If you’re thinking of doing some diving in Asia next year, now would be a great time to starting planning—aim for April and try and combine it with the continent’s largest and longest-running dive expo: ADEX. Of course, there are various ADEX shows around the world these days, but the flagship event in Singapore is still the big one. And in 2026, it’s bigger than ever, befitting its full title, ADEX Big Blue Legacy 32nd Edition (Singapore Ocean Week) 2026, and promising to live up to its tagline, “More than just a dive show.”

Over the course of three days—April 10–12—you can expect all the usual highlights: the latest diving and underwater imaging equipment on display, resort/liveaboard and tourism booths offering great deals, loads of inspiring talks by the experts in the industry (including top underwater shooters, of course), try-dives and underwater sports in the on-site dive tank, fun activities for the little ones in the Kids’ Zone, and the live judging event for the Voice of the Ocean Photo+Video+Art Competition 2026 (which will, like this year, be run in collaboration with DPG).

In addition to all this, there are some big, new—and separately ticketed—events happening. First, the technical diving portion of the event, Tek Asia, is jointly organized by OZTeK, with veteran tech dive conference organizer David Strike at the helm, and takes a more formal conference format. Second, the show will host the inaugural ADEX Big Blue Legacy Awards, which will be honoring excellence within the industry (nominations are open till December 31st). Finally, the ADEX Ocean Tribes Festival will be an evening of “music, fashion, art, and advocacy” that brings together creative people in celebration of the ocean.

ADEX Big Blue Legacy 32nd Edition (Singapore Ocean Week) 2026

The 32nd edition of the Asia Dive Expo, Asia’s largest and longest-running dive expo, will be held during Singapore Ocean Week to celebrate ocean-related industries, culture, and conservation. ADEX Big Blue Legacy 32nd Edition (Singapore Ocean Week) 2026 will be dedicated to the Humphead Wrasse, raising awareness for its protection, and to The Blue Revolution – Reduce, Innovate, Reuse, a commitment to promoting sustainability in ocean and diving practices.

The ADEX Big Blue Legacy Awards 2026 will honour excellence across the global diving world, recognising individuals and organisations whose achievements span innovation, ocean conservation, arts, sports, education, and community impact. With categories ranging from dive instructors, explorers, and underwater performers to ecotourism leaders, creative storytellers, and changemakers, the awards celebrate both industry pioneers and community voices at the Asia and global levels. Following a nomination, shortlisting, and public voting process, winners will be unveiled at the awards ceremony, where their contributions will be celebrated.

3. ADEX Ocean Tribes Festival

The ADEX Ocean Tribes Festival will be a celebration of ocean culture that fuses music, fashion, art, and advocacy. Bringing together global dive communities, marine lovers, and creatives, the festival will feature the BlueGreen360° Fashion Show of sustainable designs, the Ocean Symphony of visual and musical storytelling, live music and DJ sets from international artists, cultural and contemporary dance performances, and the Ocean Hall Showcase with gear, art, eco booths, and auctions. BlueGreen360 Ocean Fashion Week (Singapore)

BlueGreen360° Ocean Fashion Week (Singapore) focuses on fashion, sustainability, and ocean advocacy. The programme will include collaborations with brands, a showcase by 8 by Thet, known for its “repurpose and revamp” approach with limited editions of one or eight custom-tailored pieces, and presentations from ADEX exhibitors, offering brands an opportunity to sustain, entertain, and engage for a better way forward.

As part of the ADEX Ocean Tribes Festival, BlueGreen360° Ocean Fashion Week (Singapore) provides a platform to highlight how fashion can support awareness for marine conservation while connecting with audiences through creative expression. 4. Voice of the Ocean

Voice of the Ocean is an annual competition where some of the world’s top ocean photographers, filmmakers and oceans artists showcase their work to a panel of professional judges in front of a live audience. Winners and runners-up will be selected in the following categories: Animal Behaviour, Blackwater, Conservation, Smartphone, Ocean Planet (Drone/Over-Under Photography), Underwater Arts (Underwater Model Photography/Artwork), Short Film, and Portfolio, with amazing sponsored prizes up for grabs. The judges will also choose the “Best of Show” – the competition’s overall winner.
