I think the parrotfish have another defence mechanism also. I've noticed whenever I approach them they immediately excrete a cloud of sand and swim away quickly. I have a theory that this sand cloud is rather like the octupus' ink cloud and is used as a decoy for predators.

I like the camera very much as a 'point and shoot' However, it does have one major drawback for me. When shooting in the macro mode I cannot change the ISO or 'F' stop setting. My depth of field if minimal. If I have a nudibranch's rhinophores in focus then the branch is not! I also find that when taking a shot in macro mode and using flash it is best to focus your shot and then move the camera slightly to the left as the flash dosn't actually light on your subject, it shoots the light slightly to the right.
