What we can do to sleep better? Of course we can but a good bed with matrress and the best pillow (for example coop home goods, tricore or malouf pillow. But we must remember about other facts. The blue light from your phone has a negative effect on your sleep. You may have heard that it is a good idea to put away your mobile phone a while before bedtime. It is caused by that the blue light from the cell phone and computers, inhibits the production of natural melatonin and thus the natural sleep. Modern smartphones emit less blue light, but the effect has not been studied scientifically. You can, of course, bore you to sleep by counting sheep, but a study has shown that it can be more efficient - and not at least a little more rewarding - and let your mind wander to a place that gives you peace. A study of 120 people who struggled with insomnia showed that the participants fell asleep an average of 15 minutes before by imagining that they were on a beach, got a massage or went for a walk in the woods, rather than when they counting sheeps. Scientists believe it is caused by that sheep-counting is a to-do list. A soothing environment will, however, give you something else than the duties you've had all day, and make you calmer. So, remember: buy best pillow (I recommend a tri core pillow) and bed, use less smartphone and Television before sleep and dont count sheeps!
