Want to save the Bay? Think ZERO. ZERO is the amount of pollutants the Bay can handle. ZERO is the number of failed septic systems it can take. ZERO is the level of raw sewage that can be introduced. ZERO runoff from farm and surface pollutants. ZERO dumping from vessels. ZERO dollars if every citizen would stand up and obey the law. If one citizen allows pollutant runoff to occur, than it's ok for millions to allow it. This is why the Bay is dead. Wake up.
