Biography of Underwater Photographer laurent.beche

Laurent BECHE, a French professional underwater photographer, first learned to dive in Switzerland, his interest in underwater photography blossomed in 1989 when he left France to live on Reunion Island, a French island situated in the Indian Ocean, between Madagascar and Mauritius Island, where he still lives. This quickly developed from an essential skill to a passion and a fascination for competitive and professional photography. Laurent's work has been published in a diverse mix of publications in Europe for the last seventeen years

What I look for in a Dive Operator:
I look for dive operators who are familiar with the local sites, knowledgeable dive guides who know where to find subjects, and who understand the needs of photographers and don't get excited at the prospect of solo diving!". I also enjoy interacting with the local staff.
