Biography of Underwater Photographer Jonathan P. Lavan
I have worked for the Monterey Bay Aquarium teaching kids how to dive. I currently am a diver at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Most of my dive trips are with a couple of different not-for-profits particularly the Reef Environmental Education Foundation. I love taking a dive real slow and getting so great macro shots!
What I look for in a Dive Operator:
A laid back nature laced with a careful eye kept on the safety of all divers. It is great when they know where all the best critters live.
