Starfish at Anemone Rock
![Starfish at Anemone Rock 2010 White Sea Expedition: Ice diving in Northern Russia (Karelia Region) - North of the Arctic Circle. A rocky outcrop that rises up from the slope of Bolshoy Krestovy [Big Cross] Island, as big as a three-story building and shaped like a dragon’s tooth.
Here, you can see cod and wolffish hiding among the rocks, as well sea perch, Arctic sculpin, shrimps, spider crabs, sea slugs, and hermit crabs on the red-algae-covered rock faces and between the anemones. More...](/images/photos/b/4154_1270314838_5.jpg)
