MW Diving & Photography was formed in 2011. Our goal is to provide the best quality underwater photos at a reasonable price. I currently live in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. I moved here a few years ago and fell in love with the ocean and everything about it. I have always had an interest in photography since I worked for the digital imaging division of Polaroid back in the mid 90s. I recently purchased a Canon 7D and an Ikelite underwater housing and I now spend every available moment in the water exploring everything I can find and taking pictures to capture the experience of what I see. Although I am P.A.D.I. certified I prefer to explore the underwater world free diving without the assistance of S.C.U.B.A. and therefore all my photos are taken this way.
