Biography of Underwater Photographer Gaynor L. Rosier

I am a voluntary marine conservation researcher in the Mediterranean Sea. I offer volunteer divers placements on the Silmar Project to help with our coastal habitat research. Divers get subsidized accommodation and lots of diving with hands on experience in carrying out marine surveys.
I am also a keen underwater photographer and I have a site showcasing Costa Brava's abundant marine life and the key species that we are studying: www.marine-life-costa-brava.org

What I look for in a Dive Operator:
Professionalism with friendliness and flexibility.

It must be a fantastic feeling to discover a new species after so much patience! I know, I spend a lot of time looking in Posidonia oceanica seagrass for Mediterranean seahorses and pipefish.

Moving to Spain five years ago I came across a white fish "panga". It comes in boneless fillets and has a milder taste than hake, and is relatively cheap.
When I tried to look it up for ecofriendliness all I could find was reference to the aquarium trade.
Does anyone have any information on panga?
