Biography of Underwater Photographer Chris Knight
Having learned to dive in 1998, I took a very slow start as I was distracted by my love of the mountains and mountaineering. In 2008, I rediscovered my passion for the ocean and rapidly combined it with my continued passion for topside photography.
My aim in underwater photography is to be able to portray the beauty and fragility of the marine world to those less fortunate than ourselves. Hopefully, some will be inspired to go investigate for themselves.
My divetime is now split between being an instructor and working on improving my photography and trying out new techniques.

What I look for in a Dive Operator:
Businesslike approach to diving safety, combined with a laid-back feel. An outfit that gives its divers the chance to take things in rather than 'rush-guiding'.

Tom,
Great piece but it is indeed a very delicate area. I was shocked whilst there lat September by the crass inconsideration of several dive operators. This is a very special site. But only so long as EVERYONE recognises it.
