Thank you so much for spending the time to educate yourself passionately about all the complexities revolving this matter and then educating us likewise. The people who put on this tournament need a little wake up call. We live in a new world with depleted resources and life going extinct. We can not afford ourselves such destructive activities on species that are at the top of our food chain. Japan might kill world's only white whale:
"I am highly dissapointed in the behavior of the Japanese government and it's people for not standing up against this. I guess it is not that much different us Americans resistance to reducing carbon emissions seeing that we are the grossest polluters. Whales are special animals however.
