An excellent strobe, all the better for using standard AA batteries (it needs 4 of them). I use this with a Canon S80 fired by the fibre optic cable and it works perfectly when using the manual control to adjust the light output. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent strobes, they are compact, lightweight and very easy to use. Because they take standard or rechargable AA batteries, you don't have to carry extra dedicated batteries and chargers which can be problematic on expeditions.

Fantastic strobe; lightweight, rugged and my rechargeable batteries seem to last a long time (takes 4 AA's not 8).

I love these little puppies: small (easy to position for tight macro, less space for packing) use AA batteries (no special batts. or charger) and accurate sTTL with optical cable and Nikon digital camera.

Cons:
Obfuscated instructions - expensive

A great compact but powerful strobe. Light or traveling and use rechargeable AA batteries giving nearly 400 exposures from Sanyo Eneloop's. Would recommend.
