
Whale Rescue Operation Resuming

Rescuers on board a number of small boats had banged steel pipes to create underwater sound waves in a bid to lure the whale out of the harbour.
After three attempts they failed to lead the animal to safety, and are trying to release it again on Friday.
The young whale is thought to have followed a fishing boat into the busy port on Wednesday.
Consideration is being given to using an underwater sonar wall to try and move the whale out of the harbour...
