If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to dive the World War II wrecks littering the seabed of the Pacific, videographer Dustin Adamson has a lovely little taster for you. His short film of a dive to a “Betty” bomber airplane wreck in Truk Lagoon, Micronesia is a delight. The video was shot entirely in natural light with a Canon EOS 5D—with the exception of certain portions inside the fuselage, for which he used Light & Motion Sola 4000 video lights.
Dustin, who runs Oceanshutter.com with his wife and dive buddy Tyra Adamson, won Bronze in the video category of last year’s Our World Underwater 2015 Competition for his conservation-minded film on manta rays entitled “Black and White.”
