Burt Jones and Maurine Shimlock literally wrote the book on diving Raja Ampat (actually they've written two of them). The first book, Diving Indonesia's Raja Ampat became wildly popular and a must-have reference book for Dive Operators and Divers alike visiting the region. The latest book, Diving Indonesia's Bird's Head Seascape, also includes sites in Triton Bay and Cenderwasih. DPG Editor Joe Tepper reviewed the book here. Still touted, and rightfully so, as the epitome of Indonesian diving, the Raja Ampat affords divers and non-divers alike with stunning scenery both above and below, all expertly captured in this slideshow.
