Realising the importance of marine conservation, corporate bodies like Petaling Jaya Hilton are doing their part to rehabilitate the coral reef in Pulau Tioman. Time and time again, we are reminded that protecting marine resources is everyoneus responsibility. Thus, itus heartening to note that more corporate bodies are pledging to carry out conservation and rehabilitation programmes to promote the growth of coral and enhance marine habitat. The Petaling Jaya Hilton is among the few doing their part to help out. Called the Hilton PJ Reef Extension Programme, the idea came about after a local newspaper highlighted the dying coral.
