The 22nd annual Asian Dive Expo kicked off on the island nation of Singapore this past Friday, April 7. The show, which is the largest dive expo in Asia, attracts hundreds of exhibitors each year and thousands of attendees to its show floor in Suntec City Convention Center. The expo, which saw nearly 60,000 attendees in 2016, continues to increase in size every year thanks to the region’s growing dive industry.

The expo had an impressive lineup of speakers, such as the former president of East Timor, Dr. Sylvia Earle, and Ernie Brooks. You could easily spend all three days and still not see everything on offer.  Between the freediving pavillion, mermaid corner, scuba tank, photo zone, and films, there was a plethora of options to keep attendees busy.
