The operators of the Indonesia-based Seven Seas have announced a special “Best of East of Flores” trip, with special guest, the award-winning underwater photographer Renee Capozzola. Taking place from June 26 to July 4, 2018, the trip visits some of the best dive sites in the East Nusa Tenggara region, especially Renee’s favorites—wide-angle paradise “Watu Balu” at Rusa Island and muck mecca “Beangabang” at Pantar Island.
As well as the opportunity for some Q&A with Renee while diving and snorkeling her favorite sites, guests will be taking in the raw geography of this spectacular seascape, seeing the volcanoes and pristine beaches, and visiting some local villages in these remote islands.

“Growing up in Southern California, the ocean has always been a large part of my life,” says Renee. “Since 2004, I have traveled across the globe, diving in some of the most remote parts of the world. With my many dive travels, I have developed a true appreciation for marine organisms and believe underwater photographers help employ constructive change for our deteriorating seas through the use of striking images. With my pictures, I hope to increase awareness of our fragile marine ecosystems and encourage others to help protect our oceans.”
