This new Project is called Hippocampus, it runs out of south-east Spain.
Seahorse tagging is a delicate process due to their rigid bodies, an innovative technique has been created to assist researches in tagging the seahorses with out harm. The team uses Visible Implant Fluorescent Elastomer (VIFE), a fluorescent polymer that is biologically compatible with seahorses.
