SDI Diver Receives Emmy Award

SDI Open Water Diver Dave Hirschberg receives Emmy Award for a local news story about learning to dive. On April 1st at the 50th Annual New York Emmy awards presented by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences SDI certified diver, Dave Hirschberg received an Emmy for a broadcast titled "Deportes Bajo Agua" that translates to "Sports Under Water".
