Samyang Announces Release date for 7.5mm Micro Four Thirds Lens

Today, Samyang announced that their 7.5mm f/3.5 UMB fisheye lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras is set to be released at the end of August/early September. Samyang also released several sample pictures taken with the lens and an Olympus PEN that can be viewed here.
The diversity in lens options being released for Micro Four Thirds cameras, from a variety of companies, is encouraging for the future of these systems in underwater photography. EVIL cameras’ large sensors combined with an array of options when it comes to lens selections will give full SLRs a run for their money.
